This report shows all of the appointments for a
day in sequence of time. Practitioners, if there are more than one, will be
mixed on the page. The report is printed in the sequence that patients
should be arriving. This report shows phone numbers, visit counter status,
and the reasons for visits. Accordingly, it is not appropriate for this to
be displayed in such a manner that it can be observed by patients and is for
the use of staff and front desk personnel.
You can use this report if you need to cancel
appointments because a physician was called away for an emergency. It has
the phone numbers listed conveniently in sequence.
