This report helps with patient
retention. It lists all patients that have missed an
appointment and have no future appointment scheduled. It shows
patient balances because that is often the reason that a patient
stops coming. It would be nearly impossible to generate this
information with a manual system and communicates to the patient
that 'we care'!
