This report is designed to be handed to the practitioner as he or she arrives so they can know who is coming and why. Comments will be printed as will the ‘reason for visit’.

For users with AS/PC® installed, it shows the ‘comments’ field as well as the ‘spcodes’ field which can be of value to the practitioner. Any other comments that were added by the staff will print also.

Note that if additional resources are scheduled for the same day, they will be indicated to the practitioner.

• This is also a very useful report if a doctor is called away for an emergency and the staff must quickly notify patients and re-schedule. It shows all of the appointments in order of expected arrival.
