Patient Summary Sheets will print one page per
patient and, at minimum, will show the demographic information for the
patient, along with other information useful to the practitioner and staff
such as the financial class, comments, referring provider, phone numbers,
insurance, diagnosis, etc. For a slight additional fee, it can be set to
print a fee slip for practices that want to continue with that kind of an
approach.
We offer a number of formats for practices that
have The Physician’s Paperless Office® that include clinical progress notes,
vital signs and inoculation history, test status, and so on. A couple of
examples of ‘Patient Summaries’ follow:

Patient Summaries can be important in reducing
the cost of operating the practice because they can be the first step in
eliminating the need to pull charts, yet provide the practitioner with the
information needed to provide quality care. In a matter of a couple of
minutes, the equivalent of all of the charts can be ‘pulled’ for the next
day’s visits – a tremendous savings for most practices.
