The Batch Printing is the powerful method to
print out the Letters for the chosen accounts. For example, Doctor probably
needs to make the letters for ALL of the patients who have critical
Diagnosis and who’s last visit was at the beginning of the last year. The
Template Builder implements it the way you can do the Criteria as much
complex as you want.
First choose the Template using which you will do the
Letters. Then being in the Letter screen push the button “Batch”.
This action will bring you the Filter screen where you make the Criteria to
extract necessary accounts:
