When you first start up the Paperless Office the
main menu appears.

-
The buttons activate modules which display
screens to facilitate data entry, billing, printing, faxing, and viewing of
all patient information from check in, insurance forms, nutritional products
and much more.
-
Across the top, ‘hot’ buttons are always
available to switch from one section to another. If you have voice dictation
software installed, the icon will appear. Use this any time you need to
dictate a note, or fill out a form, such as a treatment plan.
