system.
The Input screen is designed for quick, easy entry of other information by
nurses or practitioners.
The form is filed in the chart, will be logged in the Chronological File,
and can be accessed instantly by any authorized person in the practice.
The form can be mailed to a doctor by a nurse using the ‘Clinical Mailbox’,
or it can be faxed, emailed or printed.
