There are reports that support the clinical staff available in the system.
In addition, because the databases use MS Access for statistical information
that is accessible, an experienced user can easily create graphs and other
reports.
To print or fax information for a particular patient, press the Patient
Reports button on the Report Menu. A report selection screen will appear.
There are many reports available such as:
- Patient Progress Report contains all the Progress Notes for the
patient.
- Patient Information Report contains the patient’s registration
information.
- Patient Summary Report contains minimum registration
information, the most recent diagnosis codes and procedure codes and the
most recent progress notes. This is the same report that is printed in the
office when a patient comes in for a visit.
