This information is shared with the billing system. Use it to find the
patient phone number, locate the referring physician, or other information.
THERE IS NEVER DUPLICATE INPUT OF INFORMATION. Either the name and address
information is entered into The Paperless Office for PT, or it is pulled
over from the billing system.
The buttons at the bottom can be ‘clicked’ and will take you to that part
of the patient chart instantly. If a button is red, there is an important
alert that should be reviewed. Confidential notes are secured and require a
password
