To print or fax information for a particular patient, press the Patient
Reports button on the Report Menu. A report selection screen will appear.
There are three reports available:
- Patient Progress Report contains all the Progress Notes for the
patient.
- Patient Information Report contains the patient’s registration
information.
- Patient Summary Report contains minimum registration information, the
most recent diagnosis codes and procedure codes and the most recent
progress notes. This is the same report that is printed in the office when
a patient comes in for a visit.
