The Patient Summary Sheet replaces pulling the chart and shows all of the
recent patient notes, phone calls, prescriptions, tests, and identifies if
confidential or alert information exists. Initially, during the parallel
phase in period of the system it can be clipped to the chart or paperwork
you now use during each visit. Later, the practice can make the decision to
stop pulling the physical chart and use these sheets for therapists instead.
The savings become dramatic at that time because the whole days appointment
schedule can be printed and organized in minutes with much less employee
time required.

This document, printed on both sides of the paper, REPLACES the chart that
is pulled for each visit within weeks of implementation. It shows a complete
picture of the patient and is a place for the therapist to write notes prior
to entering them.
These can be printed for all patients due to arrive the next day. The whole
process takes only a couple of minutes. Compare that to the amount of time
most practices take to pull charts. Worse, if the charts aren’t properly
filed, it takes even longer.
