Scan Any Document. Even if you still hand-write your patient notes or draw pictures, this system allows any document to be scanned into the patient chart.

Print, Fax or Email any Document in a Patient Chart. Simply select the items to be sent, then press a button and they will be sent without even printing if you wish. This can save lots of staff time and paper.

Access to notes can be optionally logged so that every access to notes is recorded. Notes cannot be changed once they are entered other than by the authorized person.
