The Paperless Office For Chiropractic® is an electronic records system designed specifically for chiropractic offices. The system easily and rapidly pays for itself by implementing some of the following features:

Patient Quik-Notes Generation and Management. Quickly generate patient notes with the internal Quik-Notes system or by transcriptionists, by voice dictation products, or simply scan hand written notes. The Quik-Notes system is the ONLY system that can pull data directly from either the billing system OR the clinical system to be imbedded right in the note. Can be HIPAA compliant (depending on your options)!

Encounter Documentation.  Our unique, high speed encounter documentation system allows the practice to define a 'check box', point and shoot encounter form (screen) that generates both intelligent narratives and ICD/CPT codes to be passed to the billing system -- ALL IN ONE STEP!  Encounter documentation can usually be completed in 10 seconds or less!

Forms. The system fills out the redundant forms that are required by insurance, lawyers, and referring Physician's by filling in all of the information that is known to the system, then allowing your staff to easily fill in the other information that might be required.

Nutrition Inventory Control and Billing. Interfaces with the billing system or generates separate invoices. Generates purchase orders based on reorder points or in response to drop-ship requests.

Scan Any Document. Even if you still hand-write your patient notes or draw pictures, this system allows any document to be scanned into the patient chart.

Print, Fax or Email any Document in a Patient Chart. Simply select the items to be sent, then press a button and they will be sent without even printing if you wish. This can save lots of staff time and paper.

Review any patient chart quickly. One button shows all patient history in chronological order (summarized). Press any item to look at it in the chart!

Security - Patient note security is better than paper notes because electronic records can be backed up and easily restored whenever necessary. Access to notes can be optionally logged so that every access to notes is recorded. Notes cannot be changed once they are entered other than by the authorized person.

Accessibility - Notes can be accessed by doctors from home or from another office within the practice. Notes and office or billing message can even be handled from a laptop!

The Paperless Office for Chiropractic® is intuitively logical and runs in Microsoft Windows. The system is written in Microsoft Visual Basic and MSAccess, and therefore information can be transferred to any other Microsoft Office product.
