WHAT IS THE TEMPLATE BUILDER?

The Template Builder by CSC is an inexpensive software system, much like a word processor, that allows a user to create documents that are of a repetitive nature. Unlike the word processor, the Template Builder allows the user to seamlessly insert variables from the AS/PC® system as well as functions that can translate the gender, birth date, and other valuable phrases. This cannot be done using MS-Word, although simple insertions could be (but it is much more cumbersome). Doctors and staff can create whole documents, forms, or paragraphs with one key stroke.  The Template Builder is included in all versions of CSC Paperless Office Products.

Batch Printing

The Batch Printing is the powerful method to generate Letters for chosen accounts. For example, a doctor might need to notify all patients who have particular diagnosis and who’s last visit was at the beginning of the last year. The Template Builder makes it easy to generate personalized letters with queries that can be as complex as you need.
