Support Plans from CSC

Comprehensive Support
Provides unlimited phone support and updates. Recommended for larger clinics. Normal coverage is business days from 9-5 (regardless of time zone in the U.S.) and extended coverage is available on a per minute basis or by extended hour contract.

Limited Support
Available for $599 per year and includes one update per year, up to 30 minutes of free phone support in any one calendar month. Recommended for small clinics. Not available for networks with over 10 work stations.

Pricing:

The Physical Therapy and Chiropractic versions are $2,495 per location in increments of 5 concurrent users.   One custom form is included in the price.

The MD version, which includes prescription and medication tracking, is $5,000 Per Physician. A physician is defined as a practitioner who writes prescriptions.  The price includes 5 concurrent terminal users, 5 forms, 1 day of training.  There is no limit to the number of support staff or locations, subject only to the terminal user constraint. 

These are one time, permanent license charges.  Support charges are described under the 'contract options' tab and are either monthly or annual.  Do not purchase clinical software unless you plan to provide for maintenance and support.
