Physician’s Paperless Office Classes:
The ‘PPO
Setup 1’ class is for office managers and support
personnel. It lays the groundwork for moving to a paperless
office and deals with the billing interface, general setup of
screens, scanning, faxing, and topics of that nature.
The ‘PPO
Setup 2’ class is for Doctors, Therapists, and other
practitioners that want to make the most of the note generation,
encounter processing, and clinical management aspects of the
system. Setup 1 should be completed prior to practitioner
attendance at this session so practitioners can confer upon
completion of the sessions with office management. Since
clinical personnel are involved, these classes are held in the
evenings.
